It's fine - not problems just not as good as the non-aerosol spray

I liked the product very much after I finally got it unwrapped enough to be able to get the top off so I could use it and I would have given it 5 stars, but for the following problemI don't know why it was so solidly taped up, but I know that I worked on it with sharp pointed scissors and then a very sharp pointed knife and then pliers to be able to peel enough of the "tape" so that I could get the top off.This took over 20 minutes because of the consistency of the tape which would tear when it was cut and would not peel off. I only got the tape off enough to pull the top off, so I now have a horrid looking container.I can now use the product, but be aware that I will not order it again because of the "protective tape" that prevents the cover from coming off during shipping.

So, I really hate hairspray in general. It always feels like you have plastic barbie hair. So, I was thinking that this would be the same. Here's what I found: It says that it has extra firm control and that you only have to spray it 2X. Well, I rolled down the window while I was dring and NOTHING happened to my hair. I didn't look like a test flight into Miami. It claims that it's touchable. I had to brush my hair before it was soft. That was a little sticky. Compared to other hairsprays this was much better than most. As for the smell? It smells like hairspray.

This arrived earlier than expected (always a plus!), and coincidentally, just as I was readying for a night out. Normally I stay away from "extra hold" anything, because I don't want to feel like I'm wearing a hard helmet on my head. But this stuff is great! I used just a light all over spray--- Held my updo beautifully all night without feeling sticky or too stiff, which was a feat since I was performing a physical theatre act that required "the worm"! LOL. Kept my fly-aways at bay through all that! I was super impressed. When I took my hair down after the show, my hair looked AMAZING. This kept the volume, but wasn't so stiff that I couldn't gently work my fingers through it. The bottle says you can layer it for stronger coverage, and I believe it. I'm sure more layers would add some stiffness, but then, that's kind of the point, right?The size of the bottle was bigger than I expected for a "travel" size- it's NOT mini, if that's what you're looking for. But I have a feeling it will last a long time. The scent was pleasant and didn't linger, and it didn't make my tiny bathroom feel stuffy. Would definitely recommend.

This product is the best hairspray I have ever used. It really holds the hair in place in a good way. Easy to comb out never sticky!! It has a nice smell.Please keep making this product. It seems that when a company makes a great product , they slowly fade it out with some other product, and a lot of times it really isn't better. I can't say enough about this product. I have never felt so satisfied with any hairspray in the past. I would recommend this to everyone I know.
