Can I loosen bolts with this Torque Wrench tool?

No! A torque wrench is not designed for loosening bolts, it is designed for tightening only. Use a regular ratchet or breaker bar to loosen bolts.

Does this wrench work on Lectric e-bikes?

This is a universal torque wrench I bought the 3/8 size for maximum usability and of course I used this when I assembled my r a d wagon.. therefore it stands to reason this torque wrench will work well with the lectric bike. I just had the bike serviced and had a maintenance service done and upon checking the torque everything was tightened by the technician to specifications. So therefore it's good for future use as well as assembling the bike.Hope this helps!

What is max torque in ft-lbs?

It is metric. You must convert newton-meters to ft-lbs. So, max 14 Nm is close to 10 ft-lbs.
