Zatarain's Cajun Injector Fat Free Creole Butter Recipe Injectable Marinade with Injector, 16 fl oz

Found this product 30 years ago on the Q, and used it regularly for 15 years. Couldn't find it for awhile, creator eventually sold to Zatarain's and it was in local grocery stores for a bit. Happy to find Creole Butter is available on Amazon Subscribe&Save. Great price, and still tastes amazing, yet not overpowering. It will create the most tender chicken and salmon. (This product is also offered with an injector if you don't have one.) Use meat thick enough to inject for best flavor. Some family members don't like spicy, and this marinade alone has been a crowd pleaser for decades. I let the protein of choice marinate all day, and for those who like flavor, I sprinkle with a Cajun Shake or Creole seasoning, or Kickin' Chicken right before grilling. It's incredibly delicious!

Great product! We've been injecting our Thanksgiving turkey with this for probably the past 10 years. It is hard to find at that time of year so stock up early. It adds a great flavor, and not spicy at all.

A bit vinegary but just OK.

So I injected these beautiful turkey flats and Marinated them for 6 hours then shared a grateful amount of some of my finest creole seasonings herbs and other spices then gracefully deep fried the in some 360⁰ hot oil for 16 minutes and WALA Magic. They were Delicious and will continue use this creole butter on EVERYTHING I cook or smoke or GrillWish I can give it 10 stars

I had been buying a different brand of Cajun injector and it was also a creole butter flavor. I was so thrilled to find this on Amazon! I bought two jars, and am so glad I did! I inject my whole chicken every time I air fry one. This makes the chicken burst with flavor and also makes it juicy and tender! Just inject about 1/4 cup (maybe a little more) total into the breasts and legs, then cook your chicken. If you have been looking for a new injector, try this! I think you'll love it as much as I do! I'm going to try it in a turkey breast next!!!

This is our favorite marinade for our deep fried turkey; however, when we received it, the injection needle was missing. Since we had an injector from a previous purchase, we were able to still use the marinade.

Had never used a flavor injector before but I like it, my chicken came out super juicy.
