Def is a high CRI light (so it's not green!) - K is not accurate though only goes up to 4800
Finally very happy to get a true high CRI light. I have a color meter to check the tint (which tells you how green a light is) and also what the K is. The light only needs 2 points magenta to make it 100% neutral and that's the cleanest I have found with LED's so far so that's great. The K on my light though is not near 5800. It is only 4800 k at the maximum So if you want it to be a true 5500 K light, you'll need to put CTB on it. At the lower end - when the light said it was 3000K it was actually 2860. So just make sure if you need accurate WB and you're mixing lights, just use a color meter to make them match.I need to use this light in a room that has daylight coming in so it cannot be a green light so this will work fine.As with many lights that have power trim and are bi-color - the tint does shift a little bit when going through the whole scale of K. At the 3000K light setting, my color meter said it needed 6 points magenta. I'll take that over needing green. Then at the high end of K on the light it only needed 2 points green - which isn't a big deal either. Also when power trimming the light, the WB will shift a little as well even though it's not supposed to. Many lights with power trim do that. The last light I bought here on Amazon claiming it had a high CRI needed over 20 points magenta to CC the green out. That was the 14" ring light by Mactrem so don't get that one. This light has groups and channels. The instructions make absolutely no sense for what those are for or how to use them. I'm assuming that's for mixing in other lights. Also says there's a remote. I didn't buy that option. I went to their website and they don't even list this light so I couldn't find anything talking about the groups or channels.

Excellent ring light for full sized iPad Pro - photobooth & photography uses
Excellent light ring for those that want a highly variable color temp and brightness controlled photo use.Wanted to find a perfectly fitting light ring for our photobooth that we use at events. We use this for business so it was important that it fit a full sized 12.9" iPad Pro (Wi-Fi) - ML0G2LL/A.All the others were 18" which blocked the iPad Pro screen and this one with just 1" more (19") made the difference!Price was very low compared to 18" models so I was initially a bit skeptical.Found the quality was on par with made in China type plastics and controls. This complete kit has all the accessories you need for a light weight or phone use setup. The light ring includes various phone, camera, and device mounts that places it inside the ring.We found the included iPad holder a bit wimpy because we were using a very heavy 12.9" iPad Pro.So we changed it out with a heavy duty shoe / base that slid into the ring's slot.We also found the included tripod base to be adequate for the ring light by itself or with a cellphone but not with a heavy iPad Pro mounted in the center. The tripod stand was top heavy when using a DSLR or iPad Pro.So we changed out the tripod with a heavy duty light stand. After the mount and tripod changes, the light performed perfectly. The light ring provided a very usable intensity range by the digital control in the rear along with various light temperatures. We used this light ring on 3 photobooth events and found it perfect - the users (clients) found the ring easy to focus on the lens (DLSR or iPad).Exposure came out perfect - better than using the separate old fashioned lights that required separate power cabling and separate light stands. As a business, we love this light ring and highly recommend this for video vloggers, photo studio portrait work, and photobooth events.

Okay
The light and stand separately are great but the light does not secure to the stand very well and over time now leans to the side. Not sure what to do to fix the issue but if that wasn’t a problem I’d give it 5 stars for the value. The light is super awesome though!

A good, inexpensive light, that will improve my vlogging. (UPDATE!!)
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I had to go back and update this review! There in fact WAS a bolt in the box. It was loose in the bag the device came in, an wasn't installed... I found it when throwing the box away. For that reason, I updated this review to 5 stars because the bolt was in fact in the box!I feel like a fool, but it is what it is...This is a good light. I think it is well worth the money.I did have one issue, that I was able to easily fix. I contacted the seller on this, and they were quick to respond, and apologize.Good customer service, like I was given, really makes a positive impression on me.Overall, I think this light is worth the price. To my eyes, I think the light makes the video look pretty, good, but you will have to be the judge of that.If you are going to buy a ring light, you will want one with a larger diameter like this one, to ensure you don't get one large hot spot on the front of your face.A large diameter ring light like this has another advantage over smaller ones, which is that because all the light is not directly in front, it will allow you to create highlights on your face.Overall, I think this will improve my videos. I am glad I finally got one!One note, it is described as a "bi-light" but the color temperature is completely variable from 3000-5800 Kelvin, which is actually better than listed. It is a good light, from a seller that gives good customer service, and comes with everything you need to get started.
