Excellent product !

I like these vitamins, they have a positive effect on me (unlike the 'spark' ones that trigger depression in me). My one niggle is that they contain magnesium oxide - the cheapest and least bioavailable version of magnesium and synthetic folic acid instead of folate (more bioavailable for many). Other than that, I like the blend.

This product seems to work well for my wife who has depression but this has helped to boost her mood, so would recommend that you give it a try for yourself, if struggling with mood issues.

I got these tablets to try as i’m someone who suffers with Anxiety and the sound of these natural supplements sounded perfect for someone like me to try. These supplements contains Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Rhodiola Rosea and Saffron Extract which contribute to emotional balance and help maintain a positive mood. The packaging is very nice abs i love the colours used the container is a standard scream top the capsules are suitable foe vegans and are quite large but i had no problem taking these. You get 60 capsules suppose to have two a day so that’s a months supply , i,ve been taking these for a week now not sure if they have helped in any way but will keep taking them and update this review after a month.

I have fluctuated between ‘mood boosting products’ and feel like I can give honest reviews on a few now. I have used this for over 6 weeks along with one nightly capsule of 5-htp (for sound and deeper sleep) and have felt a huge difference in my anxiety levels and low mood, at times ‘flared’ depression. I really struggle in the winter months and actually fear how low I become therefor try my hardest to eliminate this where I can. I haven’t felt the need to go on antidepressants this winter and that’s an achievement in itself. I don’t feel this supplement disrupts me in internally nor does it taste or smell bad. I split my tablets and have one after breakfast and the second anytime into the afternoon. It is worth a try if you’re struggling or generally need a boost. At least for 4 weeks there for you can be honest with yourself, whether they’re having positive impact.

I got these Neubria Shine Mood Formula with Essential Vitamins and Minerals, for my wife. They claim that they contribute to Emotional Balance, so she thought she would try them. You get a months supply - 60 capsuals which contain the following recommended daily amounts; 600% of Vitamin D, 180% of Vitamin B12, 214% of Vitamin B6, 150% of Folate, 77% of Zinc, 75% of Vitamins C and E, 50% for Vitamins A, Copper, Chromium, Selenium and 25% of Iron. So it is also a supplement packed with immune boosting micronutrients. She has only been taking them just over a week and feels that it may be too soon to know if they actually do work. There is no bad taste or smell and they are easy to swallow.

I’ve been using these for over a week, and I am happy with the results. Given the current lockdown etc, I’ve felt like my mood has been dampened and wanted to try these to see if they helped me with this. The tablets are quite large and you definitely need a drink with them! They have a slight smell, but not unpleasant. I would say that these have been beneficial to my mood, I feel brighter. But this could be psychological! All in all, these tablets are full of great vitamins and ingredients and it doesn’t hurt to try!
