Exceeds expectations. Very sturdy. All metal construction. Can be removed from clamp and screwed to wall, desk, etc if preferred, and comes with a hex wrench to remove screws. Clamp is strong, and holds on to a desk edge very well. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I needed.

I got a new headset recently for my gaming PC and noticed that lying the headphones on top of my case or on top of the desk was just not going to work. So I found this thing and am glad I did. I have a tempered glass desk that is about 1/4 inch thick. This tightens down onto the desk with no problems and does not scratch the glass. It has nice soft pads on it to prevent any damage to your desk, whether it be wood, glass, or metal. It can fit desks from 5mm to 45mm thick. (In case you're wondering, 45mm is 1.77 inches). It can also safely hold up to 5 lbs. This thing is well built. The vice part of it is made of solid steel and the body of it is made of hard powder coated aluminum. It feels really well built and exceeded all my expectations. It's not going to break on you. The advertisement says "installs in minutes." I found this to be incorrect. It actually installs in SECONDS. You literally put it on the desk, then screw the clamp until it stops. I would say 15 seconds max. I put this thing on the very end of my desk and now my headphones hang there totally out of the way and look much better than just lying them on top of my PC case. This is probably the best $15 I've ever spent on Amazon.

The market for headphone hangers can be pretty overwhelming so I'll start by saying this has been a no fuss, reliable product that gets the job done. Main goal for me was to free up desk space for a large pair of headphones, while not scuffing up my desk. The mount is well constructed and has padding on the points that touch the desk. It's easy to move from one spot to another on the fly and seems like it'll hold up well for a long time. If your headphones are on the smallish side, it's possible you could hang 2 pair on here at the same time. I have a large set of Razer phone and they hang cleanly on the back half of the hanger, and I've yet to accidentally knock them off to the ground. Really no complaints on my end! Other reviewers have said over time the hinge can wear down so that it falls under it's own weight when you try to fold it up. After a month of use that hasn't happened to me so maybe it's irregular, or doesn't impact everyone. The simplest improvement to the design would be to magnetize the end of the hanger with just a small bit of polarity so that when it folds up it keeps it connected to the base and won't fall back down. I would suggest that or improving the hinge to be more sturdy so it takes more downforce to open it. Like I said, the hanger stays in the upright position for me after a month of use but maybe that happens after several months. Anyway, buy this product and you'll enjoy it!

This is easy to use with the adjustable knob on the bottom. Works great on a folding table and desk. It's portable and sleek and I love that you can fold it up when not being used. The area that you rest the headset on has a texture to it so that the headset doesn't slip. The color is perfect and exactly what I ordered. Please note, I have only used this for headsets. Not certain how other things would work. Due to the fact it's adjustable and can be tightened I assume you can use it for other things, bags, pocket-books... depending on the weight. One last thing. I'm sure you can also place your phone on it as a phone hold, as it does have the no grip texture but I'm not sure if that is a good idea as you can easily knock into it.

Bought this originally 8 years ago, absolute quality product with zero issues the entire time. Buy this. It is versatile and made of solid metal and not flimsy trash. Literally going on 8 years, and I just bought another. Not because it broke, but because it is so good. I needed a headset holder for a WFH job. Bought this again. Now I have 2 amazing products. Specifics: Can be adjusted to fit whatever orientation you need, vertical or horizontal, with the tightening knob inwards or outwards. It will work in any orientation. Made of SOLID metal, heavy, feels premium, because it is. The ONLY thing that is not the same as the day I bought it is that the adhesive, after 8 years of horizontal gravity tugging on it, has slipped a little. So the rubber top portion on the metal opposite the knob is slightly misaligned with the metal. Still protects the table perfectly though. That is literally the only semi negative thing I can come up with, and it took EIGHT YEARS for it to finally slide a little. Not a flaw just what happens when you use something every day that is designed to hold something up and gravity exists. If you are curious or hesitant, don't be. I now own two. They are so good and the original one I bought 8 years ago still works like the day I got it.

I really like this headphone hanger. I like it so much, I have three of them - two for headphones at two different desks, and one that I use to hang a long length of coiled microphone cable to keep it up off of the floor. There's a lot to like - it's a good design, well made, it's economically priced, folds up out of the way if you don't need to use it, and the surfaces are padded so that you don't mar the surface of wherever you decide to mount it. I'm going to get years and years of use out of mine.

Compré este soporte para no tener mis audífonos tirados por ahí. Resulta que esta cosita está hecha de metal, de modo que se siente durable, pero incluye además partes en goma para no maltratar el escritorio ni los audífonos. Además se puede ajustar para ser vertical u horizontal, es discreto y se ve bastante bien. Me llevé la sorpresa de que el brazito donde se cuelgan los audífonos es bastante largo y caben hasta dos diademas al mismo tiempo (unos audífonos steelseries y unos mpow, al menos). Lo recomiendo muchísimo si quieres que tu escritorio esté mucho más limpio y con uan estética agradable, sobre todo si usas audífonos inalámbricos como yo.

The package is surprisingly small. Design is really well thought out. As per other reviews, the holder is solid and holds up well, with no play once adjusted in. Takes up very little space when not in use.
