Pros: Having a soap dispenser that draws directly from a gallon container is awesome. It is very convenient. It does not get clogged and dispenses reliably. Also, no crust of dried soap forms around the spout or where it connects to the counter.Cons: It has a very long dispensing trajectory. Because of the way the spout is curved, it looks like it will dispense downward into the sink, but our shirts get splattered with soap regularly. Also, the plastic "knob" where you press down to dispense the soap always looks dirty because of water spots. I can't figure a way to fix that.

Continually loses the prime and I get no soap. I switched to a thinner soap and still have an issue. Cut the hose shorter and still having the issue. It looks great and when it works it works great.

This pumps very easily and gives a good amount of soap.

I always wanted one of these and I was so excited to find one on here! It works and like great!!

installed and used for about a month now. i hooked mine up to a large softsoap bottle via some tube i got from lowes for a couple dollars. the tube is just the right ID to attach to the pump and the right OD to fit snugly into the softsoap cap's hole. the pump is metal and works great. no need to overpay at a big box store for the same pump.

I had this installed by a handyman at the same time that the sink faucet was replaced, so I did not install it myself. This wouldn't be any more difficult or easier to install than any other similar soap dispenser. It looks good, was cheap, and I'm happy with the performance. It was so cheap I bought a spare to replace any parts which might break or wear out over time.

Easy to install and top filling.

Loved this soap dispenser, was loving it every time I used it and it matched my faucet from the same company. Then when I needed to refill it after four months, it stopped working even though I filled it properly. Now I'm just extremely frustrated with it.

Good replacement soap pump. Hopefully it will last.
