The price was good the quality of work was excellent it was a little heavy but the sound was very crisp in their static overall they did an excellent job

With over 30+ years loving Car Audio, back in the Day I would of said to steer clear of Pre-fab Subwoofer boxes.... To get real Loud Quality BASS you always needed to build or have a custom box built for whatever Subs you had... That is NO LONGER the case now. These companies and the Technology with modern subwoofers and Bass Reflex Enclosures are Incredible! This is my 4th (yes 4th) and final Sub Box (A keeper)ALSO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY OR HAVE MULTILPLE SUBWOOFERS AND 1000'S OF WATTS TO GET LOUD BONESHAKING BASS!!!I've personally owned the following LOADED Prefabs: Kicker Comp 12s "Kicker Ported Box, JL Audio Slot ported "with w3 12s not the W0s, Fosgate P2 12s Fosgate Ported Box..... All of these were dual 12's in the same Chysler SRT (Sedan) facing rear with the Same Amplifier (SKAR RP1200----1900 Watts RMS @ 1ohm) and this SKAR dual 10 SDR box absolutley wins over all of these!!! It's crazy to think a pair of 10's have more Output than a pair of 12's...... But again this was all done in the same car, same amp etc. I wish I would have just pulled the trigger on the SKAR first.My only dilemna now is I have to address the front stage as the BASS is overwhelming the mids and highs!.... Im still only at half gain on the Amp.TIP for SEDAN Owners: One thing having a sedan is the wheel wells protrude up making the width of a Box an issue.. Im right 33 inches wide and the SKAR is 34.. The Solution was 2 Yoga (Hard Foam see pics) blocks which raise the box 3 inches and allow me to clear the protruding wheel wells now allowing me to push the box all the way to the back of the Rear Seat.. and as a bonus the blocks act as isololation reducing vibration energy from the enclosure and the Vehicle. These Blocks work Great and are cheap

Box and subs are amazing the only thing I wish is that they would wire the subs with a little more resistance. Have a 1100 watt amp and shouldn’t have been cutting out. Out of the box they only have 1 ohm of resistance so if these are cutting out wire them in series instead of parallel that way you can push the power intended with amazing sound.

I got them hooked up to a 4000.1 Quantum amp and man they hit hard! I’ll definitely buy again!

Had them on 800w amp for 3 years, not sure what happened but it seems that the right one is on the verge of being blown. They were a great sounding pair while they lasted.

Let me say I was so excited to finally purchase these speakers. I’d been eyeing them for a while. So I pulled the trigger and ordered Saturday nite they shipped Sunday I got them Tuesday weren’t supposed to be here till Thursday so I’m to the moo. With joy to get my package open it and folks my heart sunk on the back bottem left side there was a hole like 3” x 2” from a forklift soooooo depressing I just went back to bed I didn’t wanna lose my mouth on anyone at that moment then got up went to work I reach out directly to skar the next afternoon when I got off work and guys let me tell you they were immediately responsive to my emails very professional we talked back and forth for I guess a day or so for they needed additional info from me like purchase date order number yata yata I think I spoke with 5 different individuals thought out the whole process and they were always 101% on their game through all of it I offered and agreeed to receive a new empty shell and I’d swap the subs over myself I did this ultimately to save on cost because we the customer will wind up eating that cost in the future needless to say I commend skar’s support team and wanna thank them for a great experience. We all now how this could have turned out and just remember guys if this happens to you treat the same team with respect don’t come in at them all hot believe me they understand and will fix the problem but of your an ass about it you may not have the best experience remember the support agent didn’t damage your product so don’t give them the heatThank you skar customer support you guys rock and gained a customer for life

I used to do DB drags back in the early 2000's, and you can't even compare a ready to run setup like this. I picked up the single SDR 10 package with the 800.1 for my 2014 focus, but wanted more even though it sounded great so I picked up the two loaded SDR 10's, the box for the two tens fits perfectly in my trunk and im still running off the skar 800.1. It pounds and I still can't use all the amp so not sure why you would need a bigger one but anyways, don't hesitate. They can and will run low on product during the holidays so get them while there stocked up.

I had to upgrade my power wire, it took time..But the sound,( oh no no no!!! ), just say the wiper blades are dancing with music.. lolThe mono block that I bought, it really helped & had a bass knob, it didn't matter what song you played the bass was there..

Was going to return this as it is a little large for my car, would have had to remove backseats, however the cost to ship it was too high and Im not about to lose a third of what I paid for it, it is an awesome subwoofer so I will just keep it new in the box until I can use it, I still stand behind Skar Audio and it gets a 5 star rating from me.
