Easy, SHARP, painless and works for dermal piercings. I used a 2mm and used a 2mm ring. Got the rings off of Amazon to. Beats spending 100s of dollars on a piercing. Definitely recommend. It does only come with one. So the picture can be misleading. But it does do its job and is sharp. Can't beat the price.

It was so dull I had to push the biopsy punch against my bone for it to just puncture my skin. The overall time I spent trying to get the punch to penitrate my skin was triple the time I spend doing dermals. You're 200% better off buying from an actual medical supply place. 0/10

Super sharp and works great for piercing dermals. my fiance uses them for work when he does dermals and says this is a good quality tool.

Worked great, dermal anchor went in no problems. It is suggested to use a 1.5mm punch and that gave me problems. 2mm Works great.

The point to reason here is that I completed my chest dermal…. BUT…. This punch is EXTREMELY DULL!!! It made the experience so bad that I honestly will not do another one until I find a better punch. This was horrifyingly painful…. But it’s done! So this is a “Semi Thanks”

It came in a sterile package. I chose the smaller size it’s not very sharp you have to use a lot of force.

So dull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had stretched this same area in my conch so my cartilage was already missing. I just had to cut through the skin that had closed up. So in a nutshell I didn't go through cartilage. And let me just say, this was the worst experience of my life. It was so dull I had to twist and twist and twist for over an hour!!! Don't buy these please guys! Allow me to be the last person!!!!!!! These American based sellers are using you for money. Super expensive and not a good biopsy punch at all! You will end up doing more damage than its worth. I live on Scotland the United Kingdom. 🇬🇧 Punches are illegal here. I am a registered piercer and so me doing this myself is absolutely different than a regular person taking a dermal punch to their skin. Please do NOT pierce yourself at home. But if you do, this biopsy punch will end up teaching you a lesson! Learn from it!
