The media could not be loaded. Product is not complete how can I adjust dummy head it's just falling I don't have an option to return such a fake and waste of money

Received broken stand.
30 july 2019 today I received my adjustable stand . And the plastic body of stand is very cheap and I received broken stand.. ☹️

It's damaged , not usefull at all
The media could not be loaded. My tripod stand came damaged , please help either replace it or refund , whatever possible
