Works out way better than the spray cans
I was a bit hesitant about using this paint. I actually bought it for the rotors as the rotors I put on rusted instantly and was a really nasty look but I had painted all my calipers before. However after taking off the rotors and painting The rusted area I decided to repaint my calipers with this and what a difference this paint makes. You have to do at least two coats but they look so much better than when I used the spray can version of different brands. I highly recommend this pain if you're going to do your brake parts. I also question the 8 oz thinking I didn't have enough but there was plenty to do all four calipers on a expedition and all four rotors as well so 8 oz is plenty for a large vehicle. It's been about a month since I've done it but I hope it holds up so far it's way better than a month into the first type of paint I use. This seems to be much harder like a shell and harder to damage as well. I will always use this paint when I do brake parts for people from now on

Good product easy to paint small brushes
The tin is so small you need two, one is not enough for four Caliper with two coats of paint. After painting my Calipers 3 coats each. I can do another car so yes the paint is enough. The more coats the more gloss

nice paint but goes on lumpy
It works well but its REALLY hard not to have lumps and ripples in the finish.. it doesnt flow very well... next time i'll spray paint them..

One can is all you need . . .
I was skeptical as well, thought I'd need more than a single can, boy was I wrong. I did all four calipers and had lots left over. (Picture is on the third brake caliper and I had lots still in the can). Might do my wife's car next. :-)1. Soap and water.2. Degreaser (I used an oven cleaner).3. Brake cleaner, chlorinated or not, makes no difference.4. Let dry.5. Tape off as needed with full blown real masking tape, painter's tape is too weak.6. Use small art painting brushes, like 1/4 inch wide as max, really tiny brushes, take your time.7. I did one coat, and it still looks awesome. I can always do a second coat if needed, just wash them, dry and put on second coat.8. Any towels, brushes, etc. will be a one time use, unless you want to clean them up with mineral spirits.PRO:1. Plenty of paint.2. Quality paint, nice and thick.3. Bright yellow, stays mostly bright yellow, I like it.4. Price point vs. buying expensive calipers.CON:1. None really, maybe a little cheaper in price?OTHER:1. Prep-work makes all the difference, don't skip the cleaning, and prepping.2. BUY if you want some stand out brakes, and quality paint.3. DON'T BUY if you are not willing to do the prep, takes about 3-4 hours to do it right.4. Safety first, and use quality car jack, lift and jack stands.Good luck!
