I bought 7 of these blinds of various sizes to put around my house. I had no problem with any of the other sizes, but for some reason the 58" width size continued to come broken. The first one I bought the blind tilt mechanism did not work at all. I would twist the wand and nothing would happen. I requested a replacement and when the replacement came it was completely broken in half. I called support and told them about my situation, they told me I did not have to return either of the broken items and they refunded me for the first item. Not even a day later I was contacted that I would be charged for the replacement (completely broken in half and utterly useless) item and after checking my statement I was indeed charged for this item. After numerous attempts I have not been able to get them to reverse the charge for this item and I am starting to become very frustrated.Its a shame as I have never had this much of an issue with Amazon and did not have an issue with any of the other sizes of the same item. Of course this size came last after hanging all of the rest of them around my house and just want to get working blinds for the last window in my house. At this point I am stuck and I am frustrated.

I would rate 4.95 starsPros:I always hated blinds because I thought they looked tacky, but I bought the grey ones for my bathroom, and I'm in love. They look amazing.It was an accident buying cordless blinds, as I had never heard of them before, but my god, it's like magic. It eliminates the fuss of raising and lowering the blinds evenly.Also, the seller shipped super fast as well.Con:Manufactured missed the measurement template that was supposed to be included.-but use a ruler, measuring tape, or "guess-timate", and you'll be fine.

theses made my room look like i had remolded...they are great, and no dangerous strings, you just give them a gentle tug and they go which ever way you want them to go, down side ..they were a little expensive.

Perfect fit and the installation was a snap. They look great and function flawlessly. Highly recommended.

We desperately needed new blinds for the bathroom. I decided to go with the 2 inch and it looks amazing. I only wish that the wood look would be on both sides of the blinds, because if they were in my bedroom I would have to turn them the other way to keep the Sun out, and then I wouldn't be able to see the wood look. But I think it looks great. It fit my window just how I wanted it to. Also the no string option is amazing to it's so easy to just push it up and pull it down.

The only good thing about these blinds is the cordless feature. They were not that simple to put up, but not terrible either. However, my biggest gripe, is that they warped within a week of having them up. As you can see from the photo I have posted, every single blind is warped so they cannot be put up all of the way and when you pull them down, light comes in. It's awful. Definitely not worth the money, and most certainly would not buy again. I like the color of them and was really hopeful because they look like they would be decent quality, but guess not.
