Spirograph Design Set Collectors Tin

My grandkids are six six and nine they love to draw they love to color and the six-year-old twins are very creative and with spirograph and the assistance of the tools they really feel creative in a whole different way

Such a fun blast from the past. As a kid, we just jumped in and did it. I had no idea there were actually directions and designs to create. I got this for myself as an Artist's Way artist date and am having fun. PS. I'm in my 50's.

This is great my kids love it would buy it again if I had to

I like the kit, it is what I was expecting. Although the size of the kit in the picture with the boy holding the kit makes it look large. The kit is actually 8.5x6 inches. The actual designs created are very small approx 2” Possibly I don’t know how to use them if it rolls around outside of the circles. This kit is a nice introduction and fun to try out the designs. The paperwork with the kit is really nice. Very detailed how to make different designs and what each piece can do. Best supporting paperwork I have seen.

Good

Had a delux set when I was a child. Saw this and was hit with a wave of nostalgia, so I bought it. I want to enjoy my second childhood! This comes in a tin case so it keeps all the pieces together.

I was a bit surprised to get this item, because of how small it was. I thought I was ordering the traditional sized one. It is nice and compact. Comes in a closable tin case. The pens included work well. There is putty to hold the wheel in place and it works well in holding it in place. My 6 year old granddaughter used it and quite liked the patterns it made. Although she did have a bit of difficulty tracing around the large wheel without slipping off track. I would say 6 years of age would be the beginning age for this toy. She had fun with it and made several pictures with the drawing pad that was included. It's a nice compact toy and fun for the artsy type young kids.

I loved these as a kid and recently purchased this again to play with as an adult. I love it. I got one for my 7 year old niece and she likes it but is still learning how to hold it still so it works properly.
