*Update* - I've had these "in place" (under bathroom counter) for two days. the first set of batteries didn't last 12 hours. maybe they're just junk, so I replaced them with new batteries. same result, they were dead in less than 12 hours. perhaps they aren't meant for high traffic areas. they're still a fun novelty. I'll just have to try them elsewhere!I got one of these, just for fun. I wanted to try it in several places, and see what the quality was before I ordered more. needless to say, I'll be getting more! I ended up installing this one under my bathroom cabinet, along the floor. so it illuminates when you walk in the bathroom. it's super bright, and the quality is pretty good for what I paid! i also bought a roll of double sided tape, as I read all of the reviews saying the adhesive is junk. it stuck where I placed it, and if it comes off, I have more.

Not planning to use the motion detector because if that thing ever turns on in the middle of the night I would be moving out. Lol but anyways, used this in our very dark closet and although the light strip is a little short, I don’t honestly think I would have needed more than what came with this. Super bright so now I won’t need a flashlight whenever I’m trying to get an outfit going. Great value, easy to install and super simple to operate. Keeping it in the manual mode and honestly it’s the same as turning on a light switch, takes no energy to do. Great buy!! Super excited to finally have light!!!

So many things irate me about the product. 1) the strip is very short. 2) the adhesive did not work and I had to use additional glue. 3) the adhesive for the remote kept detaching and I would find the remote on the floor. More glue needed. 4) I was totally upset because I had to order 4 sets of lights just to brighten up my closet. That was very pricey for this little strip of lights. Yes the product is very bright however $18.00 for 2 ft is ridiculous.

I got these lights for my stairs so my dogs would stop running into the door and wall (new flooring) and they work great! The sensor picks up the dogs and cats and stay on long enough for them to travel up or down.3 out of the 4 work great the other one burns thorugh batteries but also is turned on more because of its location. Mine are also 2 double A batteries not 2 AAA.

I was satisfied with the motion detection and brightness. However, it came out a bit shorter than I expected, the tape was also very sharp so be very careful with that. The remote is also very heavy so the tape can’t really hold it unless you put it like how i do or install extra taping. For the price I think it can be better.

I used the whole spool but I love that you can cut it to size if you want. I positioned it around the front edge of a cabinet where I’ve set up my own 3d printing station and it’s perfect. Great sturdy fit, was able to bend it around corners with no issue, and secured the controller to the wall next to it. Battery operated makes it a lot simpler to wire too. Wish it were brighter, but that’s really my only complaint.

Bought this in the beginning of December and it already doesnt work. When we first installed it was great and worked fine and a few weeks ago I noticed everytime it would come on the lights were slowly dimming each time and not as bright. Well not it wont even turn on, even with the automatic feature to turn it on and off.

Love this! I installed in my makeup cabinet. It was super easy to install. The tape that holds it securely. The lights are very bright. The motion detector works very well. I loved it so much I ordered another set.
