Great for my daughter's leg pains
My daughter was complaining about leg pain and her doctor recommended some insoles to help with her arch. This has helped immensely! Makes it a little harder for her to get her shoes in as they slide forward because they don't stick to the bottom but it's so worth it and because they are just the heel, hopefully she can wear them a little longer as her foot grows. They seem super durable and comfortable for her too

Great product and it grows with your child!
I purchased these for my toddler who is flat footed. I love the ease of slipping them in and out of different shoes. Added bonus that they work for different shoe sizes as well so she will get full use out them. They seem to fit well for her foot but also in multiple types and brands of shoes. My kiddo did notice them in her shoe the first few days but has gotten use to them and her alignment looks much better with them in.

Worth it!!!
My son loves his inserts! I was concerned that he wouldn’t want to put inserts in his shoes but he needs to wear something with arch support indoors and outdoors. We got these so that he could still wear his favorite shoes. It offers great arch support, good quality, worth the price, it stays in place at all times like his feet doesn’t slip at all when he inserts or removes his feet from the shoe. I’m pretty sure we got these right size so it appears that the sizing is appropriate.

Good for pronation, bad for toe walking
While these did help with ankle pronation, they caused my child to toe walk due to the discomfort in his heels.

Good for arch support not helpful for toe walking
I purchased this for my son to prevent toe walking. It only helped a little even with high top shoes. They were comfortable for him and helped with his flat feet.

Take out any insoles that are currently in the shoe
I had alot of frustration and was going to return. My sons feet kept popping out of the shoe even when i sized up the shoe. realized i had to remove the insole that came in the shoe originally. now they work just fine & its stopping his ankles from buckling when he walks. So if you're having the same issue, remove the original insole 😂
