I'm 45 and years of being physical have given me arthritis in my shoulders and spine. I've tired pretty much everything. I saw a study on a TV news broadcast touting the benefits of tart cherry juice so I thought it couldn't hurt to try. I have also tried the tart cherry capsules from this same company and I didn't notice any benefit. But I can say after about a week of taking a spoonful of this cherry juice mixed with a little water in the morning I started to notice an improvement with my shoulder pain. Before I couldn't sleep on either of my sides for more than an hour or so without waking up with extremely sore shoulders. Even Ibuprofen didn't get rid of it. After a month of taking this cherry juice my shoulder pain is gone and I'm not taking any other anti-inflammatory. When I stopped taking it and I noticed that the pain started to come back slightly so this cherry juice is definitely making the difference. Some say they can't stand the taste but I really don't think it tastes bad. It's definitely tart but taste like cherries. If you have joint pain you owe yourself to try this.I'm not sure there is a difference among higher end brands but, for me at least, there is a difference between this and the dry capsules. I'm extremely happy and relieved to be pain free for the first time in many years. Delicious, flavorful, effective. Will purchase again. I mix this with Natural Vitality's Calm Plus Calcium (unflavored), and the combo works wonders for me. Helps me relax before bed, and I feel great, because I have fewer migraines. Additionally, I've been suffering from awful joint pain since I had Lyme disease. Whatever the cause, this alleviates it. This is exactly what I expected of Solaray. Always high quality.

Just what my Dr. ordered, literally. It seems to help my joint pain if I use it consistently. Here’s how I drink it:8 oz water1 Tbsp tart cherry concentrate1 Tbsp lemon juice10-12 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)Mix well. The tart cherry seems to hang in the water if not stirred. Lemon is optional, but I like the flavor and it helps detox my liver.

I heard numerous complaints that drinking tart cherry juice is as appealing as drinking castor oil. I actually found this tasted great. In fact, I kind of have to stop myself from taking too many servings in a day.Although I don't have diabetes and I was never officially diagnosed with hypoglycemia, I do feel fluctuations in my blood sugar. I have found that when I feel low blood sugar coming on, if I drink this I seem to stabilize. The same thing happens when I eat tangerines. So I looked them up on the internet and they do help with blood sugar. So for the blood sugar regulation part alone, this product is worth it.Dr. Oz recommended it so it must be good and Solaray is a top brand because a really forward-thinking, brilliant doctor I used to see recommended it as a quality brand.I always make sure I have this in my fridge. My day feels better when drink this. If it were cheaper or if I could buy it in bulk that would be heavenly.
