What is it made out of?

It is a thin plastic sheet - similar to a party tablecloth.

Hi. i bought this product on amazon. i really like it but it's all wrinkled and i can't use it like this. any advice on how to take wrinkles out?

I would hang it up and blow the warm hairdryer to smooth it out.
