Came in perfect condition besides…

The pallet itself came in perfect condition and is a 100% legitimate Jeffree Star product. My only complaints are it did not have the plastic cover for the mirror or the shadows themselves and the chipping packaging could definitely be better. It’s not really cushioned or protected at all during shipping so really anything could damage it enroute to your home. I’m really happy mine did not get damaged like I saw in others reviews.

Excellent product, super confused by 1 star reviews

My item arrived in mint condition, quality highly pigmented shades, items just as described. Item also came 5 days early. I truly do not understand these one star reviews, it almost seems like intent to sabotage? Or they're having issues during delivery? One reviewer posted "damaged" pallet, and the shade that is scattered is literally not even in this color pallet? So weird. I would absolutely recommend this purchase and would say I even got an excellent deal.
