Will these work with 10 gauge, 30 amp, 240 volt as in a dryer connection?

30 amps/240 is fine, other answer is wrong. These are rated for 41 amps/400v, look up the model number on Wago's website.

Do these connectors work with both 10 awg solid and 10 awg stranded wire?

yes, they do, but as the first answer indicates you have to twist the strands. i inserted the stranded wire and then tapped connector with pliers until you could see the end of the wire in the connector. much easier with solid obviously.

Is it a permanent connection after you insert the wire or it can be pulled out?

From the Wago web site:Wire RemovalSolid - Pull & Twist; Remove wireStranded - Cut Wire; Discard connectorRestrip conductor and insert into new connectorI have not tried with solid wire but have tried removing with stranded wire and it does not work well, although it is possible. As you can see, Wago recommends cutting stranded wire and using a new connector.
