This will come in handy once I read the instructions on how to use my nuwave Oven. I love cooking with it and it's much more user friendly than the older one, it's also a lot lighter than the original version. There are some great recipes in this cookbook. Everything comes out really good, especially the meat. It is so juicy and delicious. I can't wait to try them all out. This is a great cook book for anyone who has a nuwave and not always the time or access to the intranet.

Wouldn't buy it again.
I'm disappointed in this book. I'm a novice at cooking and I'd really liked to see pictures of how the food was laid out on the rack, and not just typed instructions. I could get that by searching on-line.

It is one way of cooking healthy, delicious and easy recipe and finally, a cookbook for the Nu-Wave oven that has recipes I'm actually looking forward to make.The author described all the recipes step by step.
