Quality has deteriorated
This is probably the 4th refill I’ve purchased and there is clearly a decline in quality. The HEPA filter side sponge insulation looked fragile and unsurprisingly in the installation process it came off (pictures attached). The size was also a bit large and i had to use pressure in the sides to push it in. This was never the case before. There was also a resin residue in the corners (picture attached). Disappointed with the quality decline from a company like Philips and one can only hope that they haven’t compromised on the filter material.
