what is the shaker screw-lid diameter? Need to know if I can use a grinder lid on the bottle.

They are wide. About 1 1/2 inch

How many ounces do the jars hold

about 2 3 ounces dry measure - depends on the size of what you are putting in there.

Is it possible to order a replacement part? One of the liquid dispenser is leaking.

Did anyone have success with getting replacement parts? I still need dust cover lids.

How can I request parts? I can return items, but I just need backup/extra lids.

I love this and and I bought two sets. I use them everyday. I was hoping it can be little larger.
