Exterior packaging not damaged but the item itself was making a rattling noise when took out the box, almost like there was a loose piece inside. I couldn’t physically see any damage on initial viewing. I put batteries in and tested the item before I put it in the bath with the children and the item works but it makes a high pitch screeching noise, I can only assume this is not normal and is a result of the item being defective. I decided to unscrew the rear panel where the fan is and I noticed that part of the fan is snapped off, there wasn’t any signs of damage to the exterior and was tested briefly in the sink. Aesthetically the item looks good and I can imagine the children would love it should it work properly unfortunately they cannot enjoy it with the high pitched screeching it’s making due to being faulty, I would suggest this item would be worth the money provided you don’t receive a damaged item. My ratings are for my personal item as opposed to a it’s potential.

Uses lots of batteries and you only get about 3 mins play a time not value for money at all in fact useless waste of money

Ok product. Doesn't work as well as in the description. Water goes up a couple of centimetres, pictures shows it much higher

After the 1st bath the holes blocked and motor was temperamental. Then when coming to use the 2nd time it wouldn't work at all. Changed batteries and still nothing. No water had gotten into the electrical areas either. Avoid.

I am really annoyed as it has broke ALREADY!!! And can’t return it 😡 It’s a waste of money.💰

As it's a gift can't really rate this toy .but thought it was bigger than it is

This broke really quickly. I bought it to replace a different product that was cheaper and lasted around 2 months. This only last 3 weeks. Very disappointed.....
