So far I do not see any improvement. Knee is hurting the same it was before I started taking these pills.I have been taking other pills for knees and they do not work either. So if you want to loose some money you can buy any supplement and you have the same effect.One thing which worked for me was hyaluronic acid joint injection, but you cannot have it each month.P.S.I am 40 years old male after couple of knee surgery.

i have never found a better product that takes care of my knee pain as this one
