These slip-on sneakers come up a little bit higher on the ankle than some of the others I've tried, which means they fit my foot more snuggly. I don't have particularly high arches and I have somewhat narrow feet so it's a challenge wearing slip-on shoes because the instep is usually too loose on me. And while that may not bother some people, it really bugs me and it makes me feel unsteady because my foot slides around. So the fact that these come up a little bit higher on the ankle was helpful in that regard. But here's my other trick - I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear and then I used shoe stretchers to stretch the length out. Then I put some really thick, supportive insoles in the shoes - now these fit my feet just snug enough that they feel secure but they're not too tight at all. I can walk on these all day, even on concrete floors, and my back doesn't hurt, which it typically would if I were wearing shoes without good support. So if you have a more slender foot like me, you may find my technique helpful. Even though the shoes are a woven cloth fabric, shoe stretchers will still work. I've been renovating houses and these are great shoes to wear on a job site- the sole is thick enough that if you step on a random nailhead, it won't hurt your foot, and they're secure enough to keep you steady walking on uneven ground. Plus I think they're pretty cute - I wear them with leggings and jeans and while I don't exactly feel dressed up, I don't feel like a frump either.

These walking shoes are so beautiful and comfortable, but I read that they are frequently return because they run smaller than true size, so instead of buying size 8 I bought a size 8.5 and they doesn't fit, so I got insoles and a pair of socks and I problem solved. I recommend you to buy them absolutely!!!!

I love them they are so comfortable. I have a little struggle getting them on because I have a high instep. Once on they are perfect and look good.

You have to get a little size bigger. These shoes I wore one time ant let me tell you they hurt my feet so bad....

Very comfortable

I bought these shoes specifically for the precision work that has gone into their design. I searched extensively for a shoe to fit My needs, and this was def it. I have a collapsed ankle, which has also caused extensive damage to my foot. I have to wear a ‘support boot’, and needed a shoe that would accommodate that boot, but also fit my other foot. The support these give is incredible, and they also seem to put my foot in a more correct position. The strong arch gives my collapsed arch the support it needs. The shoes are THE most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. The uppers have an excellent elasticity, which make it a bit difficult to get on at first, but once on, it feels like they mold right to ur foot, like a second, soft and very supportive skin. There is no -foot moving about inside these because of that. It is difficult for me to get my ‘booted’ foot in them, but So worth it when I do. They are incredibly lightweight, which again, is important, as I am trying to rehabilitate that leg/ankle/foot, and from extensive surgery on my lower back/sacral area. Everything about their design is just top notch, high quality, and I think I remember their being machine washable?? I think that was on the actual original manufacturing sell site, where they went in great detail- the design and quantity of them. Of course, my being a bargain shopper, I had to check out if they were on Amazon for less $, and sure enough, here we are. There was a significant difference in price... So glad I came to Amazon to see if they were here!! I would Highly recommend to Anyone to check out these shoes, and this vendor was definitely the winner!!

Pretty easy to get on but it's a two handed job. Comfortable to wear with socks, but there are rough patches in the interior where it appears seams were finished by melting them?? Not comfortable on bare skin and might cause runs in hose or tights. The outer soles are pretty slippery, I would not trust them as traction devices. Overall, a pretty decent casual shoe for driving or standing but I wouldn't recommend for sports or work that involves a lot of walking or running. I got them because I have plantar fasciitis, and again, good for standing but not extended walking. I do like the extended outer sole on the heel that supports my heels while driving a car.

These boots are made for walking. They look great too, although I bought them for comfort. Sizing is accurate. I needed wide, and these deliver wide. Let me put on an extra pair of socks for cooler winter days.
