Easy to install! Definitely not universal though. Has a very small hole that just fits on top of the gear stick. It doesn't screw on it pops on, so it can always move. I really like it though and it looks bad ass in my 2013 Toyota sienna.

Nice looking
Cool color.Couldn’t use it did not fit our Harley reverse shifter.Wish it did. Super cool look for a Harley. But to small in the threads.

Cute
This thing is super cute, however, it doesn’t really attach to the shifter handle. So it doesn’t lock into place, kinda keeps moving back and forth. I just straighten it every day. I still like it.

Needs threads
Took a chance even though it doesn't have threads because it looks so cool. It's very tight and secure at first, but started feeling a bit off after driving for a bit, figured it might just have to be pushed on periodically, no big deal. Until I realized the rubber grommet had separated from the skull. Two stars for being cute, feeling great while attached, and that grommet was secure af. The grommet was so secure, I couldn't get it off without pliers. If only it was attached as well to the skull.
