Rapoo 9300M Multi-mode Wireless Ultra-slim Desktop Combo Set - Black (QWERTY)

The keyboard is slim, light and compact. The numeric keypad is important for me because I use it as a shortcut for foreign language accents. The movement of the keys is minimal and only a light touch is required, but they engage with a definite feel, so there is no doubt that they have been pressed. It paired immediately with no setup required (except taking the tabs off the batteries). I had an identical one for many years that I was very pleased with. It endured being dropped, crushed in an over-stuffed rucksack and sat on, as well as almost daily use. Eventually it stopped working, but for the price I think it served me well and I couldn't find anything better to replace it with. I haven't used the mouse because the identical one that came with my original keyboard is still working after 5+ years.

This is an excellent product - the slimmest, quietest and smallest keyboard that still has a numeric pad. I have bought this as a replacement, after I spilled my drink into the previous one. The previous one lasted years and I am glad it is still in production!

Better than others I had tried

Bought this Keyboard in January 2022, we are now 6 months down the line and a few buttons on the keyboard have stopped working and the muse is extremely slow. I was very impressed at first with the compact design and the comfy mouse however as things started to slow down i have changed the batteries twice to make sure this was not the cause of the problem, I expected to get 12 months out of the keyboard however quite disappointed in the life span, use t 5 days a week normal office hours.

Do not waste your money on this item.

I regularly have to re-read what I have written and go back and add missing letters as the keys are not responsive enough, the mouse regularly disconnects so have to remove battery and refit, bluetooth response time is poor on wake up, a bit better on wireless connection but the problems with the mouse and missed keystrokes remain an issue. Now replaced with a logitech K380 and had no issues at all yet.

There is something of Apple’s minimalist design about this keyboard, which in general I do not like. However key size is satisfactorily large and k/b width the same as my laptop. It is light and well constructed. There is no wasted space between keys. Perfect as an accompaniment to a laptop where one prefers not to use the built in k/b.
