have a sundown sa-12 d2 will this supply enough power and if so how should it be wired?

Depending on the subs ohm rating. I'll assume it's a two ohm dvc sub. In that case you'll get the complete full power of the 1 ohm amp. Which is 750 watts Assuming the sub is not internally wired, meaning there is two  positives and two neg. coming out of the sub, then you would take both positives wired together and both neg. wired together. You would then connect the two positives to the right channel positives on the amp then take the two neg. and connect those  two to the left channel neg. on the amp. This would give you the 1 ohm load or full power of the amp. Now if your sub has only one pos. and one neg coming out you would wire it the the same way with the pos wire going to the right pos. on the amp and the neg. going to the left channel neg. on the amp. The amp itself totally rocks out but the manufacture also advises getting a capacitor or cap to help when hitting heavy bass for continuous periods. I ended getting a 1.5 farad digital cap. Which is rated for approx. 1500 watts RMS., more the enough for the 750 watt this amp can produce. Though the cap. Is not required, you'll will def. hear/feel the difference in bass with one. Just a side note, the amp is rated for 750 RMS minimum. Rockford tests the amp before it leaves the factory and assigns a " birth sheet " stating the actual watts that exact amp produced when tested. My amp birth sheet stated my amp can produce 943 watts RMS. Pretty sweet. That rating can only be achieved with the proper wiring. Meaning using 4/6 gage wire and assuming your vehicle can keep the required 14.2 volt Continuously, that's where the cap. comes in. To keep the juice flowing at a continuous 14.2 volts. The cap. Why does it have 4 speaker outputs do i bridge if only hooking up 1 sub

It is a mono block, meaning only one channel pos and neg. But it has A and B connections, they DO NOT count as separate channels. It's just to make things easier if you planned on several subwoofers for an install. This amp is stable down to 1ohm and will easily exceed the 750w RMS rating, for instance my birth sheet shows 940w RMS tested before they boxed it up.So be careful when choosing your subs. I run a single Rockford P3D2-12in wired in parallel to 1ohm. Make sure your sub or subs can in total handle more than 1,000W max. If not, you are likely to burn up your voice coils with this little knock out amp.

So either where u hook the sub you can get a 1ohm load the two speaker output is not a left and right channel am i correct

It has 2 negitives and 2 positve out puts just connect 1 pos and 1 neg its gonna be the same ima is. 1 channel amp at 1 ohm
