Squier Jaguar 70s classic vibe
Great guitar for the money out of the box plays very well probably need to upgrade the strings but apart from that very happy Love the color and the aesthetics of the guitar sounds great too tremolo works very well!the classic vibe range by Squier really gives you a quality instrument at a great price Goes next to my classic vibe 50s Strat very nicely !

70’s Vibe Jaguar Squier is a must have
This is was my first Jaguar Electric Guitar. Had Telecasters, Strats, Mustangs, a Jazzmaster recently and finally it was time for the 70’s Vibe Squier Jaguar and at under £400 is hard to say no. Out of the box this thing is beautiful. The paint job is perfect and quite good building quality. It’s setup by the factory at a minimum requirement playability set up so don’t expect it to be perfect as with new guitars things have to settle and adjust from tension of the strings to humidity and dryness. Mine played OK as out of the box. A bit of fret buzz as strings just a bit more lower than it was needed. Other than that the rest was as it should be. Expect a very glossy neck as with all the classic vibes. Pickups sound very good and it plays great. If you are looking for a Jaguar the 70’s Vibe are great and if you are a Nirvana fan even better. Considering the price these guitars are very well made and anyone should appreciate what they get. With minor adjustment or minor upgrades you can make these guitars sound and play perfect to your style. They are worth every penny in my opinion. People mention the Bridge and problems with strings getting stuck or coming out of their place and I can understand the concerns. I haven’t had any problems. Also give the fretboard a good clean with lemon oil as it will make it play better and make the wood not as dry as it is out of the box. Love it

If you live in European Union, don't buy before read this if the seller it's Merchant City Music
Extremely disappointing experience buying from Merchant City Music through Amazon while living in Ireland. The guitar itself is fine, but the purchasing and delivery process was a nightmare. At no point during the Amazon purchase process was it clear to me that I would be charged an additional €138 customs clearance fee by DPD. After placing the order, I was suddenly faced with a significant extra cost that was never part of my expected purchase price. The delivery was delayed multiple times, there were issues with the shipment details, and when I requested a refund because of the unexpected customs charges, the process turned into a lengthy back-and-forth discussion rather than a straightforward resolution. In the end, DPD was already progressing with the delivery and I felt forced to pay the €138 customs charge to avoid even more complications with returns and shipping. By that point I had already ordered a replacement guitar elsewhere because I had lost confidence that this order would be resolved properly. I ended up with 2 guitars as the other one arrived before this one, even this one was ordered 2 weeks before. If you live in the EU, I strongly recommend don't buy it. What appeared to be a good deal became significantly more expensive and far more stressful than expected. Now I will need to sell it, and probably will lose 140 euros without any compensation neither from amazon or merchant city music. I will not purchase from Merchant City Music again.

ZounHouse are terrible
The Jaguar Squire is fine, sounds great, However it arrived without a Tremelo Arm, which is very important since they are 'size specific' to make and model, Three weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for ZoundHouse to simply send it out to me. I don't believe I will receive it, I believe they knowingly sent me an inadequate product.

Pretty good out of the box
Wanted a new sound that was different from my 94 MIM Tele and it is !! I read a lot of the reviews on Amazon and it seems like I am one of the lucky ones. Out of the box the body finish was very good. Neck was straight, frets were nicely finished no rough ends and no buzz. Intonation was pretty close might just need a little tweak but not worried about that for now. The action is very playable, is it perfect no but it is very playable with no issues - maybe I am less fussy than most but I found it to be fine. Strings are D'Addario and they seem like they are 10 gauge, I prefer Fender or EB 9s and will change out to those when these go dead, this will affect the the action a bit too and that's probably all I need to do . The guitar sounds amazing!! pickups and range of sound is incredible for a guitar of this price. the circuitry is a little complicated but the are lots of utube vids that will explain it - for me just flick the switches around and find the sound that you like, there are lots of options. It is very different sounding to my Tele which is what I wanted . I recommend this guitar to anyone who wants a different Fender sound.

Wow!
Wow! I always wanted an offset guitar and did a little research before purchasing. As with many products there are positives as well as negative reviews and you have to weigh the options. That being said I decided to give the squire 70’s CV Jaguar a try. Before the guitar arrived I will admit I was very skeptical & expected something that would require a lot of work & attention to make playable. (Side note: I had a horrible experience with an American made telecaster a couple of purchases ago in hindsight I should’ve returned or refused the guitar but did the work needed to be done). When the Jaguar arrived I can say the setup was perfect as well as everything else. The quality was on par or better than the higher dollar fenders and the sound is excellent! I am very impressed. Made me a believer! Import or not this guitar is worth the price!

Mishandled
Paint job is scratched away on the backside. The neck was not connected when it arrived. And the tremolo bar is missing.
