ModwayTheodore Tufted Diamond Pattern Linen Fabric Upholstered Queen Headboard in Gray

I've been looking for a headboard for about a year. I debated making one with a Pinterest tutorial. A good friend did her own, but said she ended up spending about $160 and it took a while to complete the project. I decided to go with this one, but was worried it wouldn't be exactly what I wanted.... However, it was a decent price (about $140) with free shipping, but not very many reviews...... It came yesterday. I opened up the box and was so excited that it looked so good. The color is so much better than the picture provided. All the hardware was provided and it assembled very quickly and easily. The headboard looks really lovely and well made! I would definitely recommend this headboard.My only complaint (as with many headboards...) is that i need to find a way to stabilize it from rubbing/banging/bumping against the wall.Update: I ordered a few 2 inch self adhesive felt pads. I placed one on each side that was rubbing/banging/bumping against the wall. It is now perfect! No noise when I get in and out of bed :)

I really like this headboard. I wasn't sure at first because it has a slight sheen to it. I replaced a suede headboard, so it was a bit different than what I was used to. But it looks really nice. The fabric looks like it has different shades of grey woven together, so up close it has lighter and darker areas, but they are uniform through out. I did notice one area of stitching that pulled out, but you can't tell unless you are inspecting it up close. Overall it's a nice headboard.

This headboard turned out to be nicer than I expected. The only reason I gave it four stars was that I thought the legs would be metal instead of wood. They were kind of thin and I was afraid of breaking them where the headboard itself was kinda top heavy for such flimsy legs. Other than that, it's very nice!

We are really enjoying this headboard. I would say, as other reviews mention, the two legs are not very sturdy. Ours is against a wall so that helps. I would like to pull the bed out from the wall as this wall has a nice window, I would rather not have the head board leaning against. However for the price it is the look I wanted, it is comfy to lean against and when I'm ready to spend hundreds of dollars for something more solid, I'll replace it.

I love the style and the gray is lovely. Only drawback is due to pillow top mattress, I was unable to put it as low as I wanted, even with the pre drilled holes that allow for adjusting. Because of this, there is a gap between the bed and headboard. The construction as-is is fine, but in order for me to get it lower I will have to mount it to different legs. That will happen when I decide to be productive..

I was very excited when I received this headboard as it looked even better than the picture. The actual headboard part is very well made and seems to be good quality. It was also easy to put together. It looks very nice in my bedroom. So now you are probably wondering why only one star? Let me tell you. Take a look at those skinny little legs that connect the headboard to the frame. They look exactly like toothpicks in the photo. Well, that's because they are about the size and strength of toothpicks. They are made of wood, not metal. They just aren't strong enough to support the moderately heavy headboard. The end result is the headboard wobbles. A lot. You may be a little skeptical right now and think perhaps I didn't put it together quite right. Nope. It's put together according to instructions. I have a lot of experience putting things together. A previous reviewer seemed to have a similar problem. I followed that person's advice and placed adhesive pads on the headboard so the wall doesn't scuff. Yet that does not entirely solve the problem. If you are like me, and more goes on in your bed than simply sleeping, you just better hope your bed is against an outside wall. This problem could easily be solved if the manufacturer would make the legs of metal.

I purchased this headboard for my father who was moving to a retirement apartment-it was easily assembled (we received all of the parts taped together in the box) It is attractive, well made, and looks more expensive. I shopped in several furniture/bed stores before I purchased at Amazon and it is comparable to headboards I saw that cost 4Xs more and took 4-6 weeks for delivery

Beautiful and expensive looking all at a great price! This headboard is a little taller than the other Modway headboard that has square design. I purchased the ivory first and then returned for the beige. The beige color is great and was perfect for what I needed. I would recommend this headboard. It also ships quickly, I received 3 days prior to the date given.

I have had this for a year and I am still very happy with it.

I love the design of this headboard. It's very nice. I only wish the supports were metal rather than wood to ensure a long life. Hence, I have only given it 4 stars. Still, it was worth the price.
