This awesome kitchen must have is made of quality material and I love durable construction. It's a 2-in one, meaning you can choose to use the smooth side or the spike side. The disks screw into place effortlessly. The handle is smooth and slick, and it's easy to hold and grip while in use. I always worry about the cleaning part when it comes time kitchen gizmos, but this one is easy. I recommend using a plastic bristle brush for the spike side. That way you can get in between spikes. As for the results from using this, it works 10x better than a wooden mallet, and this is more sanitary. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I pounded chicken and steak easily with flicks of my wrists, and lifting the tenderizer no higher than my shoulder. No full blown up swing needed. This would make for a great housewarming gift!
