I have been using the vegan collagen booster for a little over two months. Although I did incorporate some additional movement training to my normal workout routine and modified some of my training, I have noticed a little more relief in my shoulder joints. I have also noticed just a slight relief in the discomfort of all of my joints in the morning. I believe this product has helped me while using it in conjunction with the other changes that I've implemented. At the very least, my discomfort has not worsened.
