Very happy with Scope - included mount is not worth trying
The scope is great, had it dialed in with 6 shots, after another 5 or 6 for fine adjustment it's dead on. Very easy to make adjustment zoom is smooth and very clear. However the included mount is not worth using. That said it is still a great scope for the money.

Great value for the money
The mount that comes with it is pretty bad (can't return to zero with 3 screws) and I had to buy a LaRue QD LT745-1-20 ! I really like the turrets and how clear the glass is at 16x. The BDC 800 reticle is def. the way to go compared to the Nikoplex!!It's a medium range (up to 600 yards) semi-auto capable of rapid target engagement. Nikon does a great job and is usually better dollar for dollar than is Leupold (in my humble opinion).

this product is not the same as pictured on the add. the elevation nob does not state that the scope is calerbrated for the 168 grain bullet.

Nice Scope- Eyepiece Broken
Scope was nice however the eyepiece was broken upon arrival. I don't think this is a trend with these as I have never heard of it before. Amazon accepted the return and refunded promptly so I'm not upset over the matter. Ended up going with a Vortex that I had initially wanted.

like it
very clear, threads to attach sun shade. Excellent, expected Nikon quality. Need I say more? It's a great scope for the money!

Great scope, bad mount
The scope i realy like except i am not real crazy about the black dots at 300,500,700 yard. The mount on the other hand has issues. First it has so much horizontal slop it can take the scope out of windage adjustment. When mounting make sure the mount is centered on the rail, mine had almost an 1/8" of slop mounted on a Armalite Ar-10. This mount is non repeatable so do not remove it once sighted in. Maybe nikon should sell the scope with out the mount and let the shooter choose. Once mounted it shot sub minute all day but i dont dare bump the mount.

Really nice scope!
Scope is crystal clear even in early morning and evening dim light. Very easy to mount as all the fittings come with the scope. For my set up, 600 yds. seems to be the limit on accuracy. The dial for adjusting the yardage seems to work best with a 155 gr. bullet in front of BLC powder. 100 yd. out to 300 yd. was right on target.
