Finally, a replacement for Bare Minerals
I've been searching for years for a replacement for Bare Minerals eye brow powder, dark blond / medium blond. I bought Light Brown and it's perfect. If I apply it lightly, it's the color of blond eyebrows or if I apply a little more color, it's a nice light brown. Very good for people with blond, strawberry blond, ash blond, and light brown. It stays on all day, unless I physically run into something or rub it.I love the brush it comes with (I know that some reviewers don't - it's probably personal preference).

Love the brush!
I’ve been looking for a replacement for the Bare Minerals one I had and this may be better! I love the brush the size is much larger than the Bare Minerals and the color last all night! My very thin eyebrows look great with product!

Dark brown is more like a medium brown.
First time ordering this brand after using all my bare minerals. First off, the brush is wonderful. The powder stays on just as well as bare minerals, but upon opening the package I could tell it wasn’t a dark brown. My hair is a very dark brown, and I can still technically use this shade but the description is misleading.

Not a good color match for the fairer skinned.
I too am a past Bare Minerals user. My perfect color was the pale/ash blonde. I chose light brown in this based on other powder purchases in 'blonde's being too light in color AND on reviews for this product for how well the colors matched up to bare minerals. The light brown is too dark for me...and am not willing to gamble another $20/$30 to find out if the 'blonde' is a match. The product itself is very good..but choosing a color is difficult for the more fair skinned. I mostly have dark blonde hair (all underneath), and my more visible hair is a solid medium blonde due to the sun. This product may be a better match as winter does its thing and my hair turns more dark blonde all over. It's a great product and if you are confident in your color choice then I would definitely purchase this!

Very Similar to Bare Minerals Brow Powder
I ordered light brown hoping it would be a match for the Bare Minerals dark blonde/medium brown product since Bare Minerals has discontinued their brow powder line. Unfortunately, it was a bit darker and I'm not sure which color would be a better match; taupe, maybe-? Although the brush seems to be of good quality, I found it to be a bit large and clunky but I still had my Bare Minerals brush, so that problem was solved. If you can figure out the color that's right for you, I highly recommend.

Decent option
I was looking for the BE brow powder (dark blonde/med. brown). I have used that product for many years, one small container went a long way and always lasted me a few years with each purchase. Now sadly I see it has been discontinued and the pomade or gels are the new standards these days. I tried a good reviewed brand of pomade but just could not get the rhythm of applying it to give me the results I was looking for. A heavy dark brow does not work for me. My brows are very sparse light blonde/grey and I think a powder applies better brow coverage in my case. So I purchased this powder (med. brown seems to have less red tint) upon reading reviews implying this is descent substitute to BE. And I am very happy with this product. I get full coverage, the color is a good shade for me and I really do believe it stays on better then the BE. It applies a little darker even after tapping my brush out but I continue to brush my brows to lighten up remove/spread out the powder and it works great. The big plus it that this is a larger container [email protected] oz. vs. the [email protected] oz. This will probably last me the rest of my life. I am not a big fan of the brush that comes with it, I feel it is too soft for coloring and shaping the brow and for me the handle is too long. The BE angled brow brush was wonderful at applying the powder, the perfect length, but that is no longer available either. Again if anyone can suggest where I can find a new angled brow brush similar to the stiffness and size/length that the BE brow bush was (mine has worn down after many years of use) that would be awesome.

Good alternative to Bare Minerals Brow powder in Brunette
I'd been using Bare Minerals Brow powder for almost 16 years until they finally stopped making the product. After they stopped the first time, I stock piled it. When they brought it back, I thought it was back for good but nope! Now, I'm almost out so I searched all over for an alternative mineral powder. I didn't want to use a pressed brow powder as I couldn't achieve the same look with it.I'm so glad I found this product by NuBeauti! I was very surprised that it came with a brush! I have several Bare Mineral eyebrow brushes (the original ones that came in the kit) so I was very used to using the more stiff bristles of that brush. The one that NuBeauti included is softer so it takes some getting used to. I'm used to building up the brow look and this brush puts the powder on a little thicker so I'm adjusting on much lighter stroke. The powder itself is just a tad lighter than the Bare Minerals version but it still works for me. I have very black asian hair. This powder looks to be a little warmer on my skintone versus the cooler brunette color of the other brand.I definitely love the container the powder comes in as I can open/close the shaker part so I don't have so much loose powder falling out. When applying, you definitely need to put some powder in the lid, swirl the brush in it and tap a lot of the excess off. It's the same way with the Bare Minerals powder. I also use an eyebrow spoolie and brush my brows after I've applied the powder. That way, to remove excess and soften for a more natural look. Then use a fan brush to brush away the excess on my lids (I have oily lids) and nose/cheeks. I seal the powder with an eyebrow coat so it won't wipe off . My oily skin can't penetrate the brow coat once it is dry. I use Daiso's brow coat and it has been working well with this mineral powder.
