Mint 5200B Replacement Battery (7.2V Ni-MH 2500mAh) Rechargeable for iRobot Mint Vacuum Cleaners

Got this replacement battery at the end of Jan.. Work well for 5~6 times but stop charging last night after I cleaned the floor.Leave the unit charged overnight and the whole morning total about 18 hours but still have no power charged for the Mint to run again. Contact the seller and will update the following.Update on March 10: Seller will send me a new one to try, will update more after I received the replacement.Update on April 9: The replacement battery works well and the charging is okay. Good service!Update on Aug. 21 2015: Use mint only once per week, or even every two weeks. The battery started to become crazy couple months ago. And today I confirmed it is probably completed dead....Not very good battery life.

The original battery for my Mint (now called the Braava on iRobot) was losing power after short periods of cleaning. I use my Mint at least once a day and have the fast-charging base so that I can try to use it multiple times a day...so only lasting 30 minutes was not making me happy. I thought I would give this battery a try and it works great! Very pleased. Now the Mint finishes the job and still has charge left for more cleaning. Thank you!

I have been using this battery for about 4 months. I realized that probably my problem was that I left the Mint charging for days, connected. Now I charge it and disconnects and turn it off until next use.This battery runs longer than the original one, clean more area. It is too early to say that will last longer because Original batteries lasted 1 year and few months (after warranty was over).I hope this last more, because it cost $35-$40 to replace it.

This worked fine for about 4 months. I don't use the Mint every day, more like two or three times a week. Always from full charge overnight until the battery discharges. The battery won't hold a charge now. My original Mint Battery lasted a year ... this one didn't even last half that long.

It brought Squiggy, my Mint floor sweeper, back to life! Before I replaced the battery, he would clean for about ten minutes and shut down. A quick google search explained that this is common behavior when the battery no longer holds a charge. The original battery lasted for well over a year, but I'm hoping to get longer out of this one.

This does not work with a generation 1 Mint. There was an extra wire on this battery. I had to rig it myself to get it to work.

Our MINT floor cleaner was not taking a charge and decided to replace the battery. Once this battery was installed it charged up just fine and after recharging last as long as it was when it was new. Perfect fit and works flawlessly. If you MINT will no longer take a charge or hold a change, this is the battery for you.

It's doing the trick so far, fits in my Mint 5200, charged just fine and ran as expected. What more could you want in a battery?
