How long will it take for me to notice a change in my teeth? Ive always had trouble whiting my teeth.

I have used this for years, so I honestly can’t say and it depends on the current health of your teeth. If you drink dark beverages, coffee, sugary drink, dip, or smoke all of these will have a negative effect. What you consume matters. If you want something a little quicker To start you off, use the whiting strips, but once again if you smoke, drink dark or sugary beverages you won’t have the best outcome of the product.

Is this product gluten free?

Its toothpaste... you shouldn't be eating toothpaste. Its made from baking soda and mint extract. If you actually have celiac disease vs being a "gluten free hipster" just make your own toothpaste with baking soda, mint extract and a little water.

Why isn’t this product ada approved? is it considered too abrasive?

The ada probably gets hundreds of toothpaste requests to be approved. My orthodontist and past dentists have both recommended this along with sonicare tooth brushes.
