With the straight head shown above , Will it clean grout on floor ? Is it strong enough? Thank you

I need more information... what is in the grout... what type of residue/soil/grease/etc/etc. I use it for automotive detailing (cleaning of various materials), to remove decals, wraps, etc. It works very well for me, however it is just one of many methods/tools/machines that I use. I am going to purchase another wand/straight head that you are in reference to and modify it to do some things/improve it's performance, as well as using the one that it came with. I am very happy with my Jiffy Steamer!

Can I just buy the metal steamer head?

I would have 2 questions: (1) Does this work on fine rugs too? (2) Does it have multiple voltage? Thanks!

It should work great for rugs also. I believe it is 110 Volts only but Jiffy may offer a 220 Volt model. Check their website to see what options are available.
