This phone came with no instructions or cords? What kind of telephone cord does this phone require? The traditional cord is too big.

The unit includes the phone, handset, and handset cord. Thats the way Avaya ships the item. You will need either a Cat5, Cat5e, or Cat6 cable to connect this phone to your network.

Can i use this as a home office phone with my voip service?

No you can't. This is not a sip phones. Its avaya proprietary h264.

Can this be used with a google WiFi router? Thank you

It's not a wifi device. It's powered through the network cable. If your router says it's PoE (Power over Either net) it should work. If it doesn't, you need to get a power injector (like these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IZAQJG0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )
