26F I have never been a gum chewer or the kind of person to enjoy gum. However, if you’ve heard of mewing or jaw strengthening then that’s probably why you’re here. Let me start off by saying that this is not anything like typical American gum. It is NOT sweet, sugary, soft, and super minty. Some of these reviews are a tad dramatic in describing the taste. It is not disgusting or bad. It has a very subtle mellow mint flavor, not sweet at all, but the texture is superb. It starts out very tough, and continues to keep its texture throughout chewing. I would not say it would hurt your teeth though. I was worried about getting this gum because of the toughness. I have TMJ, and I was worried this would aggravate it, however I have not had any pain or popping while chewing. The side of my face that has TMJ is less developed, and I have realized this is due to a dependency on one side for chewing. I will update if any changes occur. Overall, I would recommend for strengthening the jaw, masseter muscles, and tongue. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a tasty and flavorful gum for leisurely enjoyment. If you’re on the fence, just try it! The price is extremely low for the amount you get!

I haven't chewed gum since I was a kid and was a bit hesitant about this stuff. James Nestor, author of the excellent book "Breath," describes it as being "tough as shoe leather" and as tasting "pretty crude." But he recommends it to help with opening nasal airways, strengthening the jaw, and increasing facial bone density. It's definitely not Juicy Fruit or Wrigley's Spearmint, but it has a mild, inoffensive flavor--and the chewed wad is larger. Maybe not quite as large as a wad of Bazooka, but about twice as large as that produced by a regular stick of gum or a Chiclet--even though the size of the Falim stick is comparable to a stick of Dentyne. And it's nothing like shoe leather. It's just really chewy gum--not wimpy like regular American gum, but gum that lasts and lasts (though, again, it doesn't have much flavor). As for strengthening the muscles in the face, I'm on only my second piece and can already feel the difference. My facial muscles are slightly sore, a feeling that will no doubt dissipate as they grow stronger. Doesn't bother my fillings, either. Glad I found this gum. I may even leave it on my bedpost overnight.

Arrived in a plastic envelope and wrapped in cellophane. Left on my covered porch instead of the mailbox, thank you very much! The packs are small and the little squares of gum are small, if somewhat thick. I thought it would remain small while chewed but it expanded to a nice size. The mint flavor is subtle but just enough. The texture is somewhat rubbery initially but immediately softens as you chew, giving just enough resistance that your jaws get a good workout! Multiple times throughout the day I grab a piece of gum so I'm thankful to have found one that is genuinely sugarless and still enjoyable. I think I may have found the perfect gum! Highly recommend.

I was such a fan of this gum since it's so hard to find no-sugar gum. I loved the jaw workout this gum required. I've gone through a lot of it since it chewing helps me focus. While I've known for decades that the ingredient list in cosmetics in the EU even made by the same manufacturer are different than the ones sold in the US because they are much stricter about health dangers, I only recently started looking at things like gum. According to the FDA website starting February 7, 2022, titanium dioxide (E171) will be phased out as a color agent for human and all animal species consumption (see March 3, 2022 FDA article "European Union: Titanium Dioxide Banned as a Food Additive in the EU"). The UK, Japan and the EU severely restrict BHA and BHT (used as preservatives and flavor enhancers) because the substances are suspected to be carcinogenic and have been linked to impaired blood clotting (see Nov 3, 2021 Chicago Tribune article "Common US foods that are banned in other countries" as well as a Dec 18, 2018 NYT article "What Foods are banned in Europe but not banned in the US?"). The reason why it was hard is they are identified by their numbers in the description so here "colorant (E171)" is Titanium Dioxide and "antioxidant (E321, E320)" is E321 is Butylated hydroxytoluene, also known as BHT and E320 is Butylated hydroxyanisole, also known as BHA. I am tossing the rest of my supply and looking for other alternatives.

Like the title says, absolutely zero flavor. Maybe a slight rubbery taste but absolutely nothing overbearing. It smells pretty strong of mint in the package but again. Zero flavor, no mint taste in the slightest. Honestly not that big of a deal to me as I was only looking for a jaw workout. And it is indeed a good jaw workout. Pretty hard in the first couple of chews and remains a tough gum like no other I have tried. Would probably buy again.

Can hardly detect any flavor, just maybe a slight suggestion of mint. It is neither sweet nor bitter. Very neutral and flavorless. Like regular gum after you have chewed it for 5 minutes and all the flavor is gone. Which is great if you don't want an intensely-sweetened fruity blast of flavor that then fades quickly. If you like and want the flavor experience of typical gum, this product is definitely not for you. The texture is perhaps overly firm for the first few chews, but then softens to a good level that holds up well to extended chewing. It provides more chewing resistance than regular gum, and for longer.

The absolute best gum! Good price for the quantity. Healthy, has no sugar whatsoever. I’ve loved this gum since I’ve tried it first in turkey, so glad I can get it in the USA. You can chew it for hours and it does not dissolve. Lasts forever! Keep in mind the bad reviews only come from people who don’t understand what they are buying. It has no flavor whatsoever and that’s the best part! It’s not supposed to have flavor! IF YOU WANT FLAVOR AND SUGAR BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

Bought this for my TMJ pain ! It worked ! For those who don’t know what that is : it’s when you’re so irritable you clench your jaws and grind your teeth and your face hurts ! I had no idea I was this person until I tried the gum. Sure it made me gag quite a few times as it’s like chewing an elastic band but the jaw workout released years of pent up frustration of being the only female living with in a house with two male adults ( husband and son) and a boy dog ! Chewing helped me stop trying to make them understand that toilet seats are not meant for catching pee drops and empty loo rolls should not be lined up in the bathroom …..etc etc etc

Se vi aspettate la solita gomma da masticare, forse questo prodotto non è ciò che state cercando. Ma se volete un prodotto naturale, che non faccia venire mal di stomaco e faccia resistenza in bocca permettendo di scaricare lo stress e avere muscoli della mandibola in grado di rompere anche le pietre allora è il prodotto giusto. Il packaging è impeccabile. Amazon molto veloce come sempre nello spedire.
