Centric Premium 120.44128 Automotive Replacement Rear Brake Rotor Fits Select Lexus, Toyota

I am not a mechanic but I do some of my own work. The rotor's surface looks like it was machined well but I don't have anything to compare it to aside from my motorcycle's rotors. After cleaning the shipping oil off with brake cleaner (don't forget to do this) the surface had a good texture to it and you can see the swirl marks from the machining. You can't really tell by eye but they appear to have no warping as is evident by the fact that the car brakes fine with no wobbling. I do have an occasional metal to metal squeal on my first stop after the car has been sitting for a while or after a heavy rain. I don't recall it ever doing this with the old rotors and pads but at this point I can't attribute the squealing to the rotors. It could be the new pads or a combination of the two. It only does it periodically and only after sitting so it's not really a problem for me. It just does a short squeal then it's gone. I'm satisfied with the rotors.The only thing I was not satisfied with was the shipping method for one of them. I purchased more than one but one of them came from a different warehouse and it was shipped by itself in only it's own cardboard box with no padding. Just the rotor in a box not much bigger than the rotor. Although it's just a big hunk of metal I did have one little ding on the painted part but that does not affect the operation of the rotor. About the only thing that could cause is some rust but I'm not worried about it. They should use an outer box for added protection. A hard drop could damage the machined surface.

After 100,000 miles, the rotors on my 06 4runner warped and I was getting a lot of shaking at the wheel when braking at highway speeds. Toyota service dept wanted to charge me $500 just to resurface my rotors. I decided replacing the rotors and pads with brand new at half the price was a better deal. Changing them out was pretty straight forward.The 4Runner stops as it should now.

Few hundred miles so far. Quality parts at this point. No squeaking. Part numbers matched my 4Runner and fitment was as described. Centric appears to be quality company selling quality parts. Would definitely recommend.

These rotors are seriously well made. I don't think you could find better rotors at any price. Here in Milwaukee the roads are super corrosive and the coating keeps these protected. Would buy again!
