Expensive, but worth it
I buy this a subscription and combine enough items to get the 15% off. It's a tiny container, a total indulgence and it's absolutely delicious. I keep it well hidden in the pantry so it doesn't get accidentally used by friends or guests as regular vinegar. I use it sparingly and only in a way that the taste isn't diluted by other flavors - for example, drizzle over a grilled steak; amazing as a few drops on vanilla ice cream; or mix a small amount with some great quality extra virgin olive oil, a few sea salt flakes, and dip warm crusty bread in it (prob my fave!). A little goes a long way!

JUST BUY IT! Worth every penny!
Flavor is beautiful bought the 20 year aged, nothing compares, though the 100 year is absolutely mind blowing. Love love love this product, I’ve used it in my restaurants and home for years! Fantastic product!

Simple Balsamic Vinegar- Nothing Special
As a high end balsamic vinegar, it leaves a lot to be desired. There are many better products on the market at a more affordable price. It's small size adn packaging suggest that it is a Crema, but it is just a simple balsamic vinegar. Nothing Special

You only live once.
I have a bottle of Aceto Basalmic vinegar for as needed use.It is fairly expensive ,but very good. I bought this,a very tiny bottle and very expensive.I think almost a year ago. I finally got an excellent batch of strawberries and finally had the Basalmic experience. I don't know the right words to describe this vinegar. Smooth, yes but maybe sublime. Delicious, too vague. For me it's probably once in a lifetime purchase,if I had the money it would be always on the shelf.

Worth the money :)
Delicious! Not as thick as I anticipated but still very good. Buy it! Youll be happy you did. I did a nice herb crusted pork roast and put a little bit on each slice and it was amazing.

Don’t waste your money and skip it
So very disappointed at the quality. So thin and acidic, it doesn’t feel aged at all. So not worth the money. I don’t know why this one has received so many positive reviews.
