Le Creuset Enamel On Steel Stockpot, 8 qt., Oyster

Another fantastic Le Creuset piece to add to my set! High-quality yet lightweight materials for this 8-qt stockpot. I may invest in the 10-qt version as well in the future. Arrived in pristine condition and worked perfectly when cooking with it today for its inaugural run, and the Caribbean color is beautiful! If you can invest in Le Creuset pieces, do it; they’ll last for generations and are so much healthier than the cookware brands that use toxic materials. (I buy their pieces that are made of stainless steel, cast iron, and enameled cast iron.) All 5 pieces I’ve bought here on Amazon have been 100% authentic, brand new Le Creuset items. My only gripe is that removing the 2 stickers from the bottom and side of this pot was a nightmare, even after trying all my usual sticker removal tricks (making a gritty, non-scratch paste with baking soda and olive oil, using rubbing alcohol, etc.). By the time I finished it after painstakingly employing multiple methods and working them with my fingernails millimeter by millimeter, I was feeling quite frustrated/furious toward whoever decided it was a good idea to put large cheap stickers on these high-priced pots. The manufacturers can do better; they need to either invest in stickers that are easy to peel off or stop putting them on. There were no stickers on the cast iron and stainless steel pieces I purchased here. Otherwise thrilled with my purchase and looking forward to using this pot for decades.

Love this brand and in particular, the functionality of this design. Pot has many uses in our household. Good size and easy to clean. Great value for the money.

We discovered Le Creuset cookware many years ago and it has become our favorite. It is durable, cleans easy and lasts a long time. I needed a new Stockpot, our 40 year old got a chip after dropped it. This new one heats water, makes chili, soup and is the right size for making these meals.

The description said it heated evenly and that is true! The first use was spaghetti sauce and it didn’t stain or retain the smell of the sauce. I bought it to replace a pot from a different brand and this one did a better job of heating evenly and holding the heat. We love the blue marseille color and even though it’s a bigger pot, we didn’t have to adjust the refrigerator shelf!!! I’m so happy with this purchase.

Arrived quickly, but the box had already been opened and it was for the wrong color pot. The pot was undamaged, but was covered in greasy finger and hand prints. I sent Le Creuset customer support an email and message, but it just loops back around saying it is a un-monitored mailbox. This is my first experience with Le Creuset and probably my last. The pot itself seems very thin and feels cheap. I would not recommend it. I will be returning it.

Very nice pot, but it has stained a bit over time. Still works great but for those that care, it does stain a bit inside

Topf kam schnell an, zwar beschädigt, aber die Rückabwicklung lief super, von daher top! Le creuset an sich ist auch immer top!
