180 mcg per serving seem to be too much. I would prefer 120 to 140 mcg. It is important to handle the calcium transport in the body.

I don't know yet. I do think I have to wait for 3 months to see the results. I'm taking it for erase the calcification of connective tissue (small stones under the skin) originate for PXE. I hope MK-7 will be good for this syndrome. The capsule is very well done and very easy to swallow. Thanks.

Delivery was prompt. Tolerating this product for the past few months. Not sure yet if it will help with my specific health problems, but one hurdle OK for now. The Small capsule size seems very helpful and easier to make sure that I get in a daily dose than other products that put the MK-7 into large capsules with calcium supplements. Research suggests that this forms of vitamin K2 may be very helpful over a long-term for supporting bone health.

My wife spent time looking and comparing Vitamin K supplements out there and this is one of the best.
