Calcium shouldn't be sold without vitamin K and magnesium this stops the calcium from going into your cardiovascular system you're obviously don't want it there and goes where it's supposed to into your skeletal system don't take calcium without vitamin K2 and magnesium (Theronate or glysinate)

I like the fact that these vitamins are science based nutrition. I was looking for a K2 vitamin so that my calcium would be better absorbed into my bones and this seems to fit the bill. It doesn’t have fillers, which I like.

Purchased this to take together with my calcium supplements since the calcium supplements that I am taking only has magnesium and Vitamin D. Read that K2 should be taken together with Vitamin D. Product came in good condition with long expiry date.
