Do these have crossovers?

No crossover just inline capacitor for tweeters

Can i put 4 of this speakers, 2 front, 2 rear, without amplifier, i have Opel Tigra with fabric speakers and radio?

You can ,it just wont be as loud as if you have an amplifier connected to them.,what ever the output power is to push this speakers.,will operate them to its max.

What size are the tweeters?

Can't say I actually measured them. I mounted them in the A-pillars of my 2007 Silverado LT. They fit relatively well but, lacking the locking tabs of the factory equipment, I set them with silicone adhesive. Worked great and they sound awesome.
