This chicory is good but it doesn't taste like coffee at all. It takes time to get used to. But other than that, it is good.

Delicious and convenient but it gets damp and impossible to use in the jar after only a few weeks. If you drink it all the time or have a big crowd at yours it would be fine.

I find Barleycup Organic Chicory Cup to have a very nice coffee-like and slightly sweet taste, a perfect replacement for coffee after meals and as a snack drink. One very interesting thing that I have noticed is that it helps with the usual sugar/chocolate cravings I usually experience after meals also helping with my digestion. When drank sometime before a meal it has helped decrease my appetite, and although I have only been using it for 1 week, I can only presume it will help me lose a little bit of weight in the long run, an unexpected health benefit of chicory root that I was not aware of. I fully recommend it!

I had high hopes for this as a coffee replacement. It leaves a terrible aftertaste that doesn't go away. I tried it with cinnamon, milk even sugar but nothing fixed the aftertaste.

I decided to get some of my childhood ‘ coffee’ taste, I found this product that I like more than the barley beverage. It can be mixed with a very small amount of coffee- I react strongly to caffeine and this is ‘ just right’. Loved it, this jar stays in my drawer at work for a nice cup with hot water and a bit of milk.
