Will this fit a 2.5 gal corny keg? I'm carbonating water.

The hose and fittings come disassembled. Best thing is to cut the hose to size then connect stone. And other good tip is soak the stone in hot water before use (connect stone to lid and put it in hot water, connect gas to the lid and let it blow out in the water for better cleaning

Do you switch gas line from the center post to the side post after Carbonation process?

For nitro coffee no, you will always keep it on the center post. For beer/kombucha yes you will change it to side post
