Solgar Chelated Zinc, 100 Tablets - Zinc for Healthy Skin - 100 Servings

I always check Consumer Lab before I buy any vitamin or supplement and every product they have tested from Solgar has passed with flying colors, including this one. The pill is small and round which makes it much easier to swallow. Chelated Zinc Glycinate is much more bioavailable than other forms of zinc and easier on the stomach. I take it on an empty stomach and I never have issues. I am taking it opposite my Ghk-cu to aid in skin and hair health.

Easy to swallow. Comes in a glass container so no microplastics. Seems to work very effectively.

I use it to help raise my zinc level and it did the job

Good zinc supplement overall. The tablets are easy enough to take and the bottle lasts a long time. I just wish they were a little smaller, but no real complaints.

Good product and product is as described.

I’ve been using Solgar Chelated Zinc for a while now, and I’m very happy with the results. The tablets are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I love that they are non-GMO and gluten-free, which makes them a clean and reliable supplement. Since taking this zinc daily, I’ve noticed improvements in my skin and overall wellness. It feels great knowing it supports immune health, cell growth, and even has antioxidant benefits. One bottle lasts a long time with 100 servings, so it’s excellent value for such a high-quality product. Highly recommend if you want a trusted, effective zinc supplement from a reputable brand!

I learned that taking Zinc at night is best. I'm usually sick the majority of winter due to a lung disease, but this time it was only once instead of back to back, after taking it nightly. I swear by this brand and will continue to purchase it.

These zinc tablets are easy to add to a daily routine and feel like a quality product. The bottle is well sealed and the tablets are consistent and easy to take. Pill size: Small tablets easy to swallow. Ingredients: Clean chelated zinc formula. Effectiveness: Feels supportive for overall wellness. Skin support: Subtle improvement over time. Quality: Solid Solgar manufacturing quality. Taste: Neutral no strong aftertaste.
