I am happy with this product, I use this a lot.

I have a knee problem that requires the tape for stabilization; this tape works beautifully! I've tried the beige color--doesn't last as long as the blue or pink colors. Holds well, easy to remove, stays on pretty long--several days, at least a week, and offers my knee great support and stabilization. Love this product and will continue purchasing it as long as my knee issues continue!

I tried a different, less expensive KT tape first but I definitely got what I paid for. It didn't stick well and started curling up almost immediately. Then I ordered this Kinesio Tape because it's the same brand as my therapist uses. Much better! It sticks better and stays in place longer through showers and daily wear. I will continue to use this brand of KT tape.

This stuff is really great. Lasts for several days even through showers.

Works great for knee injury and physical therapy

The tape itself is great. I am a PT and attended the Kinesio official courses a few years ago to help my patients, and I also often use it for myself. I am currently using it to tape my growing pregnant belly for support and it's decreased my back pain noticeably. I have also used for my ankles and feet when exercising and my wrist to relieve occasional aches and pains that come with delivering manual therapy to hundreds of patients over the years. I have tried other brands of kinesiology tape, and I prefer the Kinesio-Tex gold.I encourage you to try it out if you are doing kinesiology taping. Just make sure you purchase from an honest seller. When I purchased from this page it appeared that the listing was for two rolls. I received one roll, and while I was in the process of contacting the seller, the product information was changed. They did offer to refund my money, but I already used some of the tape so I can't send it back. Bottom line: Go for the Kinesio Tex brand. Just be careful when buying.

Best tape I have used. The Walgreens brand ripped my skin off when I removed it. The rock tape my physical therapist used comes off within a day of application in bend areas. The kinesio tex gold wave stays on for up to 5 days even with daily swimming.

Love this stuff. Easy on the skin snd stays put. Has kept me going on a knee tgat’s been pretty sketchy.
