The packaging and delivery was good especially during this COVID scene. Initially was sceptical as this for the first time I was ordering a non electric purifier and after doing some research and comparing reviews ordered it. After using it for a few days I can that it's a nice product with one extra refill for the filter. I would definitely recommend it to those looking for non electric options

This filter is excellent. I bought it maybe 6-7 years ago. Even today my entire family uses this filter for water. The good thing is that the parts of this filter are easily available online. 👍👍👍👍🙂🙂 Thank you

if you are looking for a basic water filter for a small family then go for it. Lookswise it's good... the filtering process is quite slow... installation is easy It has been 2 months I am using it.. No complaints so far

I accidentally selected the wrong address in My Account, I had chat Conversation with 3 agents to change the delivery address. The 1st agent told me that he can change the delivery address from the back end once the Product is get shipped, so I was waiting for the Shipping confirmation and I didn't arrange for anyone to collect the delivery in the wrong address, I trusted him. Once the product gets shipped, I had a chat with 2nd agent and hshe told me that i can inform the Delivery person to deliver the product to the correct address. But I didn't get proper confirmation on it, the 3rd agent completely said it's not possible. If the 1st agent informed me the same, I would have even asked someone to collect the product. Then I got a call from superviosr and he denying all the request and asking me to Cancel the order because Amazon doesn't care since they are grown up company now, in earlier days Amazon support was awesome but now they are showing their Real face. They can even allow the customer to cancel the order but they won't help the customer in any way and giving wrong infomration which shows there is no proper policy for the customer support agents. Finally I picked up the product in OLA Cab and it cost me around 400 Rs, very un-satisified with Amazon. Being a regular customer on Amazon, now thinking to move to Flikpart hencefort.... Eureka Forbes works great, no issues but Amazon is having a worst customer service.
